The perks of living in Lisbon – Portugal

IMG_0115
Lisbon seen from Alcochete – last week, in the Tagus’ south bank.

I enjoy working on the field in Brazil, Angola, Mozambique or the Congo; these are the perks of mineral exploration (a new series of posts in this blog, just started a few weeks ago). Those are exotic places with friendly people and, I am sure, many people loves to live there with perfectly good reasons.

There is no place to live as Portugal, though. I live in Lisbon, but Oporto, Lagos, Évora, Castelo Branco,  Bragança, Beja or Braga are as good (perfection in many shades). Saturday afternoon, paradise was located north of Ericeira (in the Atlantic coast, 25 min north of Lisbon).
