Created in 1995 by Luís Chambel, Sínese has over twenty years of experience, having conducted numerous technical, economic and market research studies and developed specialized information systems based on GIS technology. Sínese has also designed and executed exploration, evaluation and mining of mineral deposits in international locations, including Angola, Republic of Congo, South Africa, Mozambique, Portugal, Canada, United States, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Ecuador.
